Upon arrival for appointments, your stylist will text when she is ready. For this first appointment, she will meet you at the parking lot to show you our new entry procedure. We can't wait to see you there!


Current Covid Guidelines for Salon Appointments


MASKS ARE MANDATORY. You may bring your own, it must go around your ears. We do have some for sale in the salon for $2. They must be worn at all times you are in the building, no exceptions.

 Upon arrival at the salon for your appt, please wait in your car. Your stylist will send a text when she is ready for you. You will have your temperature scanned before entering the building. Your stylist will direct you from there. Handwashing will be required, and we have sanitizer stations set up in every room.

*NO GUESTS may accompany you to your appointment. This includes friends, relatives and your children. No exceptions.

*NO ENTRY into the salon unless you have an appointment. Please do not come to the salon to make an appt. We will do that by phone. If you would like to purchase products between appts, please call so we can have them ready for you when you arrive.


The lounge will be closed, you will need to remain in your styling room for the duration. Feel free to bring a book with you! We will not be able to provide magazines or have the coffee bar available.

PAYMENT- We are accepting cash, NC checks or credit/debit cards at this time. If you prefer to do cash tips, please bring it with you and give it directly to the stylist.. As always, you may tip on your credit/debit card or Venmo your stylists directly.

If you or any family member, or anyone you've been exposed to, develops symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appt. We will not be charging for cancellations as long as we have prior notice, even same day. Just PLEASE CALL and let us know. We will follow a 10 day reschedule policy. If you are enjoying large family or friend gatherings during the holidays or otherwise, please reschedule your appointment for the same time period. We want to keep our staff and clients well.

SPECIAL HOURS FOR HIGH RISK/IMMUNO COMPROMISED-
If you are in a high risk group, Please let us know when scheduling.

RETAIL PURCHASES- Please do not touch or pickup any products in the salon. Your stylist will assist you in picking out retail products for at home use.
