Welcome to Phase Two North Carolina! We are glad to be heading back into the salon, ready to see all of your faces.... and all of your scraggly hairs!! Can't wait to get started on the best Before & After pics you've had in your life!
This is going to be a learning experience for all of us, as we navigate a brand new situation. We request that you PLEASE be patient with us as we get things set up and appointments rescheduled. We will begin with rescheduling where we left off in March, and moving forward from there. Some appts that are already scheduled will remain, but we may have to revisit some in order to fall in line with guidelines and to make sure you are spaced accordingly for your services. We will be calling to make these appt. If you call the salon, be prepared to leave a message. I will get back to everyone in the order they are received. PLEASE BE PATIENT. We have guidelines we will be following, and will only be able to see half the normal amount of clients per day. If these rules seem strict, it is only because we want to keep you and ourselves as healthy as possible. Hopefully things will move back to a more normal state in the future. We will be open SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, for the first couple of weeks, to get things moving.

With that being said, our current plan is to reopen on Monday, June 1st.

We have been making exciting changes and sanitizing/cleaning, getting the salon bright and shiny for your return. If you have any questions, please feel free to send us an email at Please DO NOT send appointment requests, only questions that I can answer for you.

1) We will be booking ONE apt per client over the phone. Your stylist will book your next ONE while you are in her chair at that first visit. This is to speed the process and get more clients scheduled at this time. Regular rebooking of multiple appts will return following. We will try to get you in a spot that works for you, but we are going to have to be strict on booking. Appointments will start on the hour. Please know that we will need flexibility on your part.

I will be asking you, on the phone, if you have cut or colored anything yourself while we have been out of the salon. IT IS OKAY! Just please be honest. We will need to add extra time if any correcting needs to happen.

2) Upon arrival at the salon for your appt, please come to the front door and you will be checked in. At that point, you will return to your car until your stylist retrieves you. You will have your temperature scanned before entering the building. Your stylist will direct you from there. Handwashing will be required, and we have sanitizer stations set up in every room.

*NO GUESTS may accompany you to your appointment. This includes friends, relatives and your children. No exceptions.

*NO ENTRY into the salon unless you have an appointment. Please do not come to the salon to make an appt. We will do that by phone. Curbside product sales will continue as before. Call or message us for the products and an invoice. We will bring the product out to your car, when they are ready.

3) MASKS ARE MANDATORY. You may bring your own, it must go around your ears. We do have some for sale in the salon for $2.

4) The lounge will be closed, you will need to remain in your styling room for the duration. Feel free to bring a book with you! We will not be able to provide magazines or have the coffee bar available.

5) PAYMENT- We will only be accepting credit or debit cards at this time. There will be no cash available to make change for tips. If you prefer to do cash tips, please bring it with you and give it directly to the stylist.. As always, you may tip on your credit/debit card or Venmo your stylists directly.

6) If you or any family member, or anyone you've been exposed to, develops symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appt. We will not be charging for cancellations as long as we have prior notice, even same day. Just PLEASE CALL and let us know. We will follow a 14 day reschedule policy.

If you are in a high risk group, we have reserved the first block appointments for you every day. Please let us know when scheduling, as these appts will not be available to everyone.

8) RETAIL PURCHASES- Please do not touch or pickup any products in the salon. Your stylist will assist you in picking out retail products for at home use. They will bring them to the desk to be purchased and bagged.

9) BLOWDRYING- With the exception of express services, we have always included a blow dry service with cuts and colors. We will be offering you the OPTION to leave wet at this time. Even though you will be in a space with only your stylist, we feel it is going the extra safety mile to not blowdry and force any microscopic particles about in the air. Once again, this is temporary and optional, but we urge you to think strongly about it for both you and your stylist's safety.

10) COLOR PRICING- We just want to give you a heads up that your color service pricing may be different for your first visit. After missing months of appointments, most clients will require more color and product to handle all that extra regrowth. We do have to bump prices accordingly to cover the !!!amount of color needed. This is definitely on a case by case basis, your price will be based on what is on your head and what is needed to get you back on track!

I know this seems like a lot, and we are being very strict, but our number one goal is to keep EVERYONE safe. Thank you so much for bearing with us through these crazy times!! If we all work together, and  look out for one another, maybe we will move through this phase quickly and be back on track for the future!!!
