Believe it or not, the year end is fast approaching! With the kids back in school and everyone’s schedule getting more hectic, there’s no time like the present to prepare you and your families for end of the year services. Here are a few pointers to ensure your needs are met, and an important policy change for appointments.

1) The kids are back in school and extracurriculars are in full swing! We suggest scheduling their appointments at least 3-4 weeks in advance. This will ensure they can get an appointment that fits within their schedule. For color services, you may want to book even further out, especially if their schedule requires a Saturday appointment.

2)  Booking appointments for yourself- If you have a particular day, time or     stylist that you prefer, we suggest scheduling 2 or 3 appointments out at a time, especially near the holiday season. Evenings and Saturdays always book well in advance, as well as early mornings. Calling early to book will ensure you get the times most convenient to you! Getting holiday appointments on the book ASAP is most important, many clients have already booked out through the new year.

3)  Scheduling for your needs- Sometimes it’s hard to determine what you will need when you book several appointments in advance. We suggest enlisting your stylist to help get a plan going for these appointments when you are booking. If you see, as the appointment day grows closer, that a change needs to be made..that’s okay. Just give us a call so we can determine if the timing will still work, or if we need to shorten/lengthen your appointment time to accommodate your goals.

With that being said, if you are scheduled for a cut and color, and then decide you don’t need both, PLEASE call and let us know this as soon as possible. We can then fit another client into the cancelled portion of that appointment. Moving forward, any appointments that need to be adjusted by removing a service, must be adjusted no less than 48 hours prior. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service that is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. This includes same day cancellations of any part of your scheduled service.
For full appointment, same day cancellations, you will incur a 50% charge to rebook. We know that emergencies and illness occur, but we please ask that you respect our schedules as well by giving us notice of any appointments you cannot keep.

By following these tips for scheduling what you want, when you need it, it helps our schedule run more smoothly, cutting down on wait times and conflicts.
