The Irvin Roberts Salon

 

Privacy Policy-

 Irvin Roberts Salon & Day Spa will not release any personal information obtained inside the salon & spa to any outside parties. Email addresses are used strictly for appointment confirmation. Clients may request the removal of their email address at any time.

 

 

Check In-

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you time to fill out our client history form and unwind before your service.

 

Late Arrival-

To ensure the promptness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 10 minutes or later to another convenient time.

 

Cancellations-

 Any cancellation or service changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated.


We do require a credit card on file for all appointments. You will still have the option to pay as you desire after your service, your card will only be automatically charged in the case of less than 24 hour cancellation or no show.
All cancellations under 24 hours or no shows will be automatically charged for 50% of the service missed.

 


 

Cell Phones-

 Please help us to maintain a relaxing environment by turning your phone to SILENT before entering the salon and spa.


 

Children-

 While we do everything possible to accommodate the needs of our clients, we are not able to offer child care during appointments.  Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers at Irvin Roberts Salon. Most drawers contain sharp objects that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children. .

 

Payment-

 Irvin Roberts Salon & Day Spa accepts Visa, Mastercard, NC state  personal checks, and cash for payment of services and products. Any returned checks will require cash payment to settle, plus a $25 return check fee.

 

Returns/Refunds-


Irvin Roberts Salon & Day Spa proudly stands behind all products we carry. Should you find dissatisfaction with any product purchased at Irvin Roberts Salon & Day Spa, we will gladly apply the value of the returned product to another product of your choice. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All Sales are final on make up, earrings, hats, brushes, hair bands, clips, etc. All appliances (flat irons, hair dryers, etc.) may be returned with all packaging and all contents within 14 days of purchase date.


Hair dressing is a form of artistic impression. We at Irvin Roberts Salon & Day Spa celebrate the creativity and individuality of our service providers, They are committed to their art as well as serving you. If you are dissatisfied with one of our service providers, please feel free to call and give us the opportunity to work through it with you. It may be something simple that can be remedied easily by the same stylist or you may find a better fit with one of other service providers. Either way, we want you to feel comfortable communicating with us. Our team encourages you to try a service with whomever you like. Believe it or not, it helps stimulate creativity within our environment. Please remember we can not get better without your feedback. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction. Gift certificates or gift cards can not be redeemed for cash and all sales are final.

 

Color Formulations-

All hair color formulas are property of Irvin Roberts Salon & Day Spa and are available for leasing @ $150.00. Should you find yourself relocating to another area, or visiting a friend and/or family member who lives out of town and are unable to visit Irvin Roberts Salon, we are happy to provide this option. However, we do recommend you seek out a professional Goldwell stylist from a reputable salon to assist you with any chemical service for your hair.

Complimentary consultations may be scheduled - we encourage all guest to solicit an accurate price quote from your service provider before having a service performed. We want you to feel comfortable with the pricing so you can relax and enjoy your service.
